| The Christian Schools Staff Relations Service (SRS) provides direct assistance to CSA members and subscribers.
The Director of the service, Mark Spencer assists school communities in workplace relations matters, including policy development, contract and award matters, mediation and resolution.
Our objective is that all staff are treated in accordance with Biblical principles and the law.
Resources
In 2006, with major changes underway to the national workplace relations framework, CSA is expanding available resources. These will include national and state-specific resources.
For advice on dealing with staff relations, CSA's executive officers are a great starting point to access the network of expertise established within our movement.
