Comments are unable to be made on the ACSI Australia website.

Contact Forms

Our contact form requires you to submit personal information in order to correspond with you. This information is sent to relevant persons to deal with your request, it may also be reviewed by our IT staff and administrative personnel. Our contact forms may be managed by third parties, such as jotform.com and mailchimp.com. Please refer to their respective sites for more information.

Cookies

This site uses a feature of your web browser known as “cookies” to store information and identify you to the system while you are on a session. No personal details are contained in the cookies.

Who we share your data with

Your data may be shared with CSA staff or contractors as necessary to maintain our website.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile, eg. creating an account. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators and some CSA staff can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. This information can also be viewed at the “My Dashboard” section of this site. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
