The focus of Flame 2022 will be to develop the capacity of female leaders by unpacking and applying the CSA Leadership Framework and engaging with the Leadership Rubric. The CSA Leadership Framework is not just for principals, but for leaders at all levels in their leadership journey.

Event Information

Leaders of FAITH invest in daily practices, rituals, prayer and worship that support the entire school community in:

  • CULTIVATING CHARACTER through deep spiritual and personal growth
  • NURTURING GROWTH within the communities under their care
  • ENABLING SERVICE by frequently choosing servant leadership and drawing daily on the example of Christ

The interconnectedness of these 3 leadership practices defines our formation as leaders, drawing our school communities around our shared mission together.

Join us on 28 July as we explore the FAITH domain within the CSA Leadership Framework.

‘Time and again I’ve learned that faith is deeply unconvincing to adults and children if it’s not seen in action – that’s why as leaders we make space to provide rich opportunities for our whole school community to grow together in faith – not solely in knowledge, but in our lived experience of serving the wider community.   It’s always about giving first, and love in action – and that’s what we want our students to learn through what they see in the adults who teach them.’
