CSA provides information, advice and resources to member schools nationally on staff relations, employment and workplace relations matters. The integration of a Christian perspective into school employment practices is our specialty and this makes Christian Schools Australia unique among associations that provide such services. Initial advice can also be provided in staffing matters involving key staff or affecting religious freedom issues. More in-depth support can be provided on a cost recovery basis or referrals can be made to experienced practitioners in the relevant areas. In some states, schools receive these additional services through payment of an additional annual fee, see below.
