WA - Career Trajectory: Own your Giftedness

WA - Career Trajectory: Own your Giftedness

We are very blessed to have the privilege to gather in person in WA. We are using that opportunity to invite all WA FLAME members to come together for our National FLAME event. It will be an exciting morning of networking and sitting in on the online event together over morning tea!

If you are unable to attend in person but would still like to join us online, you can register for the Zoom event here.

What does God require of you? We are all unique and no two leaders are the same in personality and leadership style, but we are all called to mature in our relationship with God, lead and serve others.

What is holding you back from taking on leadership challenges? Comparing yourself with successful leaders can cripple capacity to recognise your gifts and abilities and stifle the courage to step up.

This session will inspire you to connect, collaborate, invite feedback, reflect on and accept the truth about your leadership potential that others see in you. Let your emotional and strategic intelligence ‘fuse’ to be the leader that God created and called you to be.

Event Information

This session will encourage you to own God’s calling on your life, lead from your God-given strengths and ponder on some big questions!

  • Reflect on the people and situations where you have been an influence?
  • What is your biggest barrier to becoming a senior leader or developing your leadership?
  • What worries you and how can you work through the issues?
  • Think for a moment about the positive and negative impact your current leadership role has on your work and family relationships.
  • What can you and should you let go of in order to get more headspace?

May God bless you as you press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus has called you. Philippians 3:12

About FLAME

FLAME is a network for women to support their journey into and through leadership at a school, leadership or board level. Come and join a passionate group of women on Zoom to continue to inspire, support and challenge Christian women in leadership in Christian education. If you are a male leader, you are welcome to be one of our champions by attending yourself and/or encouraging a female leader on your board or school management team to be encouraged and inspired.

The FLAME network will enable strong connections between experienced and inexperienced leaders and help identify and encourage structures that support women in leadership. If you are a male leader, you are welcome to be one of our champions by attending yourself and/or encouraging a female leader on your board or school management team to be encouraged and inspired.

“Flame is more than networking and building relationships, it’s about developing capacity of female leaders and aspiring female leaders to lead with confidence and humility to be all that God has created them to be.” – Jill Healey, National FLAME Network Facilitator, Christian Schools Australia.
