Principals & Boards Symposium

Principals & Boards Symposium

Come along for an interactive session with Mal Cook, Director of Neometric, exploring some of the complexities of Christian School recruitment and employment in this challenging and changing time.

Event Information

This in-person event will commence with a Principal's Sounding Board, to provide critical feedback to CSA, followed by Brunch and then workshop with Neometic.

Christian schools are encountering common challenges in recruiting Christian staff. This session will encourage open discussion among participants to share wisdom and ensure that we are representing Christ well in our communities as a Christian School sector. Australia-wide teacher shortages and declining numbers of self-identifying Christians are magnifying many pre-existing challenges, and risk creating a competitive dynamic among schools for qualified staff. This raises interesting questions which will be explored together under the Chatham House Rule to encourage frank discussion

This is a catered event and you will be provided with the option to specify dietary requirements on registration.
