Come along for an interactive session with Mal Cook, Director of Neometric, covering the non-negotiables of Christian School recruitment and employment in this challenging and changing time.


Event Information

This in-person event will commence with a Principal's Sounding Board, to provide critical feedback to CSA, followed by Brunch and then workshop with Neometic.

This session will cover topics such as; 1)the impacts of the proposed amendments to the Equal Opportunities act, 2)teacher shortages, 3)risk management and mitigation, 4)competition between schools and the state school system.

This is a catered event and you will be provided with the option to specify dietary requirements on registration.

  • 9am Brunch
  • 9.30am Devotions
  • 10am Neometric


Mal Cooke

Mal is the Director of leading Business Management Consulting firm, Neometric. He spent many years as a dispute resolution partner in a global commercial law firm is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company directors, a fellow of Leadership Western Australia and a trained mediator.

Matt Splatt

Matt Splatt is the head of Primary at Providence Christian College and has recently been appointed as Principal at the college beginning in 2023. A passionate teacher, with a wealth of experience, Matt will be leading the devotions.

Qualify for CPD Hours

This event qualifies attendees for 3 CPD hours. At the conclusion of this event, a certificate of professional learning will be made available to attendees for self-accreditation via your member dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organiser. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after 7 days out from the event. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged the full registration fee. 'No Shows' to the event will be charged the full registration fee. 

The event program is subject to change and we may not be able to provide prior notice.

Please note that registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of any fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through cancellation of the event itself.

A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser (CSA) due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other reasons out of the organisers control.
