Cultivating a Leadership feedback culture

This half day workshop will explore in detail the ways that the CSA Leadership Framework can assist your school to cultivate a 360 feedback culture that is growth orientated, practice specific and capacity building for all leaders within your school community.

Feedback is an essential, but all too often ignored or overlooked step in building leadership capacity amongst Christian School Leaders.

Building a feedback culture and engaging in meaningful and specific leadership feedback is critical for leaders and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and capacity building across all phases of leadership within a Christian School.

This half day workshop, with CSA's Director of Research and innovation, Dr Darren Iselin, will explore in detail the ways that the CSA Leadership Framework can assist your school to cultivate a 360 feedback culture that is growth oriented, practice specific and capacity building for all leaders within your school community.

This event is aimed at school leaders at every level, from the emerging classroom leader to the experienced school executive.

We encourage groups of school leaders to gather and unpack this content for direct application within the school context.

The strength of the CSA Leadership Framework is that it combines a theological approach within the context of a flourishing Christian School, aligning to the professional lenses of the AITSL standards.
