This workshop will bring together 3 experienced marketers from Perth Christian Schools to share their experiences, their lessons learned and prompt you to reinvigorate your marketing programs.

Event Information

This event is open to members and non-members of CSA and is suited to all staff in your school who are involved in marketing. There is also an option for those staff working in our regional schools to attend this event virtually. You will be given this opportunity at registration. Registrations costs are listed below:

  • Members: $55 + GST
  • Non-Members: $70 +GST
  • Regional Schools (virtual attendance): $35+GST (you will need to bring your own cuppa)

With the exception of our regional school virtual attendance, registration costs include morning tea and you will be given an opportunity to provide and special dietary requirements.

Speakers

Host: Dave Stevens

Dave Stevens serves as the Executive Officer, WA and leads the national portfolio of, Modes and Models of Schooling. Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having taught and held leadership roles in a range of schools nationally and internationally. Dave’s knowledge across a broad range of specialist areas, educational sectors and contexts, is evidenced in his ability to develop alternative programs that meet the needs of the students and teachers, whilst addressing the requirements of legislation. His passion for Relational Schools assists all schools in student wellness and retention.

Speaker: Giles Creelman, Head of Marketing and Community

Giles is the Head of Marketing and Community at Swan Christian Education Association.

Swan Christian Education Association is an organisation founded in 1982 to establish and maintain Christian Schools. SCEA schools teach students from early years through to school graduation.

Speaker: Melanie McNeil-Windle

Melanie looks after the marketing and communications at Regent College. Regent College is a co-educaitonal, faith-based primary school, that caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Regent College is situated on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation. They are located in an inner-city educational precinct, in close proximity to Victoria Park Primary School (Department of Education) and Victoria Park Christian School (Adventist Education).

Speaker: Ruston Long

Ruston is the Director of Community Engagement at Kingsway Christian College. Kingsway Christian College supports students to flourish academically, creatively, socially and spiritually from Kindergarten to Year 12 through a breadth of exceptional academic, co-curricular, vocational, and learning opportunities. Kingsway students benefit from a strong Christian culture where they can examine their faith and discover the relevance of the Gospel message in all aspects of learning. Our strong pastoral care network ensures that the social and emotional needs of each student are nurtured, equipping them to lead a life of purpose.

Qualify for CPD Hours

At the conclusion of this event, a certificate of professional learning will be made available to attendees for self-accreditation via your member dashboard. The event will address the following AITSL professional teacher and leadership standards:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organiser. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after 7 days out from the event. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged the full registration fee. 'No Shows' to the event will be charged the full registration fee. 

The event program is subject to change and we may not be able to provide prior notice.

Please note that registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of any fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through cancellation of the event itself.

A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser (CSA) due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other reasons out of the organisers control.
