Please join us for our CSA SA Special Ed Teachers' Network Day. The topic for this term is: Supporting students with language disorders. This will be presented by our Guest Speaker Liberty Gates, a Speech Pathologist.

Liberty Gates

Liberty completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2001 at Flinders University. She worked as a speech pathologist in the area of disability at Novita Children’s Services and also as a speech pathologist in education at Department of Education and Child Development. Liberty began Liberty Speech Pathology in 2005 to fill a gap in the north eastern area for accessible private practice services. Liberty is passionate about working with kids in the areas of speech sounds, literacy and language. She also has a strong interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and is clinically trained to diagnose Autism. Liberty loves being Mum to three delightful school kids.

Qualify for CPD Hours

This event attracts 5 hours according to the following AITSL professional teacher and leadership standards:

6.2 - Engage in professional learning
7.4 - Engage with professional teaching networks

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organiser.

No refunds will be issued after 3 days out from the event. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged the full registration fee. 'No Shows' to the event will be charged the full registration fee.

The event program is subject to change without prior notice.

Registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of any fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through cancellation of the event itself.

A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser (CSA) due to COVID-19 restrictions or any other reasons out of the organisers control.
