Devotion Matthew 11: 28-30 Outline This session will be both informative and practical with the intention that you will leave with some concrete and faith grounded strategies to improve both your wellbeing and effectiveness in your roles as well as helping other staff to do the same – both now and into the future. We will look at: • The challenges that school leaders are facing and what is stopping us from thriving in our roles • Some steps we can take towards us being more effective and better able to "thrive" as leaders and people • The role that Professional Supervision can play in this journey
In addition to this formal input, there will be time for colleagues to share, offer support, plan ahead and pray together.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organiser up to 5 days prior to the event.
