The CSA leadership Framework is proving to be an exceptional tool that leads and guides growth discussions for schools. Join us as we explore, "Called to Lead".

This session is the third of a series of four conversations where we will dive-in to the leadership practice "Cultivating Character" strand. This event is aimed at school leaders at every level, from the emerging classroom leader to the experienced school executive.

We encourage groups of school leaders to gather and unpack this content for direct application within the school context.

The strength of the CSA Leadership Framework is that it combines a theological approach within the context of a flourishing Christian School, aligning to the professional lenses of the AITSL standards.

Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having taught and held leadership roles in a range of schools nationally and internationally. Dave’s knowledge across a broad range of specialist areas, educational sectors and contexts, is evidenced in his ability to develop alternative programs that meet the needs of the students and teachers, whilst addressing the requirements of legislation. His passion for Relational Schools assists all schools in student wellness and retention.

Speaker, Dr. Rob Loe

Rob has been serving as the Executive Officer, VIC/TAS since May 2020. He has a background in teaching, school leadership and research. Rob believes passionately that a Christian school’s ethos cannot be divorced from the outcomes it seeks for its students (which must be more than academic). That ethos should make a deeply positive impact on the day-to-day lived reality of corridors and classrooms. It is the most powerful form of witness from a school. Rob has a national portfolio role that reflects his significant experience and research interests: Organisational Culture and Community Development.
