CSA Enrolment Toolkit - Updated for 2022

7 September 2022

The CSA Enrolment Toolkit is developed with expert advice from Carroll & O'Dea Lawyers to assist schools in ensuring a sound contractual basis for enrolments, that also takes into account the unique basis of Christian Schools.

The Toolkit is a compressed (zipped) folder containing guidance notes and template documents covering the whole enrolment process.  It has been updated to take into account the decision in a Tribunal case in the ACT, see commentary here,  involving a school which sought to recover school fees in lieu of notice from parents who withdrew their children from the school at the end of the 2019 school year without giving a full term’s written notice.

A copy of the Toolkit can be downloaded from our Resource Library here.
