SRS Employment Relations Workshop - Dubbo
The full day workshop will cover features of the Christian distinctive in the employment relationship, MEA and related matters, overview of workplace investigations, and an overview of managing performance and conduct matters. Included in this workshop will be a special tour of Dubbo Christian Schools capital works project.
This one day workshop is for participants of the Staff Relations Service in NSW and the ACT. The workshop is ideally suited to Business Managers, Human Resource Managers/Assistants, Finance or payroll or members of executive staff who may oversee staff employment matters.
The workshop will provide participants with opportunity to dig deeper into the the Christian Schools General Staff or Teaching Staff MEA's and related matters, discuss the Christian distinctive of employment relations in our schools, discuss issues as they pertain to workplace investigations, performance management and conduct related matters.
This workshop is designed to be interactive and invites participants to come with scenarios, questions and a willingness to participate in group discussions.
This workshop will include a special tour of the schools current capital works projects.
