CSA Leadership Rubric

The purpose of the CSA Leadership Rubric is to provide a reflective tool that seeks to develop the leadership capacity and capability of teachers and school leaders within Australian Christian schools. It identifies and describes critical practices that Christian school leaders require to create the organisational culture and conditions through which quality learning and teaching is enabled. It is important to recognise that the use of the CSA Leadership Rubric is applicable to all educators, teachers as well as school leaders. The CSA Leadership Rubric, is to be used in conjunction with the CSA Leadership Framework. The Rubric takes the next step by identifying that leadership development sits with a career path and is developmental.
