In recognition of staff changes across many participating schools it is a priority for the Staff Relations Service to meet with Business Managers, Human Resource and Finance/Payroll staff. During this time an overview of the staff relations service and ways to engage with its offerings will be provided.
The session will also provide an overview of the recent and significant amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and implications for schools in the area of industrial relations.
The session will close with a discussion regarding the upcoming MEA negotiation processes that will take place this year.
A light morning tea will be provided.
The session is being held at St Andrew's Christian School to assist schools in Northern NSW to attend.
