Board Members Networking & Professional Learning Day

Board Members Networking & Professional Learning Day

Contextual Intelligence and Leadership Insights Workshop

This workshop has been tailored for Christian school board members and will provide an enriching experience designed to align leadership principles with Christian values. Led by leadership expert Matt Kutz, this workshop integrates biblical wisdom with modern leadership strategies to empower school board members in their crucial roles.

Participants will explore some of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Christian educational institutions. Through discussion groups, participants will also gain insights into improving effective decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic planning that resonate with the mission and vision of Christian schools. The workshop places a strong emphasis on servant leadership and Matt will provide practical tools and strategies to enhance leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and purpose-driven approach among school board members. Participants will leave with a deepened understanding of how to lead with integrity, stewardship, and a commitment to excellence in the context of Christian education.

Whether you are a seasoned board member seeking to enhance your leadership role, or a newly-appointed board member navigating the responsibilities of Christian school governance, this workshop offers a unique blend of leadership expertise and Christian principles.
