This workshop brings together highly experienced professionals to share their expertise around staff capacity building, resilience and succession planning, to help you solidify and future proof your staffing team.

This in-person event is open to members and non-members of CSA and is  tailored to staff in your school who are involved Human Resources

You will be given the opportunity to specify dietary requirements at registration.

Registrations costs are listed below:

  • Members: $100 + GST
  • Non-Members: $140 + GST

Speakers

Tracy Holmes - Director of Education - Carey Baptist Schools

Having been involved in education for many years in both the public and private sectors, at both primary and secondary levels and in specialized programs, Tracy was a school principal for 23 years before moving to a more strategic role as Director of Education for the Carey group of campuses. Tracy is also the WA State Chair of Christian Schools Australia WA and Deputy Chair of the CSA National Council.

Jodi Koepke

Jodi believes that leadership spans every domain of our lives, regardless of title. She spends her days sharing words of encouragement for women and young people as emerging leaders, finding her way through the beautiful mess of parenting and relationships, and geeking out on technology. She is the author of the book ‘Stepping Up In Leadership‘ and host of the podcast ‘Inspiritment from Jo Koepke

Heidi Campbell

Heidi is part of the team at CSA based in NSW in the role of Staff Relations Support Officer. Heidi provides assistance to member schools in relation to enterprise agreements, staff management and employment related questions. Heidi is appreciative of the hard work undertaken by schools, as employers of Christian staff, to ensure that their experience in the workplace is one reflective of grace. 

Qualify for CPD Hours

At the conclusion of this event, a certificate of professional learning will be made available to attendees for self-accreditation via your member dashboard. The event will address the following AITSL professional teacher and leadership standards: 

» 6.1 - Identify and plan professional learning needs
» 6.2 - Engage in Professional Learning and Improve Practice
» 6.3 - Engage with colleagues and improve practice

and CSA Christian Distinctive Focus Areas:

» 7A - Knowledge about and engagement with the school, its Christian ethos and vision
» 7B - Contributes to the development of distinctive practice in the school, profession and wider community

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organiser. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after 7 days out from the event. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged the full registration fee. 'No Shows' to the event will be charged the full registration fee. 

Please note that registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of any fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through cancellation of the event itself. A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser (CSA) due to any reasons out of the organisers control.
