This event is our biannual get together of Principals in Victorian Christian schools across both CEN and CSA schools. It is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen relationships between leaders of Christian schools in Victoria whilst taking some time out together to focus on and grapple with some of the ‘bigger picture’ issues facing our schools.

We live in a culture of competing stories; visions of the good life that are shaping us and our students in profound ways. If formation is at the very heart of our work as Christian schools, how can we help form students in the image of Jesus, with a Biblically shaped imagination of and for life, in our cultural moment? Likewise, how might we equip our staff to understand and embrace their crucial role?
  • 11.00am ~ Morning Tea
  • 11.30am ~ Workshop/Discussion
In this workshop/discussion session we will have the chance to share our current approaches to staff and student formation, and to consider the resources we need to fulfill this vital task.
  • 12.15pm ~ CITE Alliance - Cameron Pearce and Simon Matthews
An overview of this new initiative to intentionally invest in the formation of Christian teachers during their initial training. This will include input from Eastern College and time for Q&A.
